If you have forgotten your SATN password, you can reset it through a short email verification flow. SATN sends a time-limited verification code to the email address associated with your account. Once you confirm the code, you can set a new password and log back in immediately. You do not need to contact support to complete this process.

When to use password recovery

Use this flow any time you cannot remember your current password and are unable to log in. If you can log in but want to change your password for security reasons, update it from your profile settings instead.

Reset your password

Open the login page and click Forgot Password

Go to the SATN login page. Below the login form, click the Forgot your password? link. This takes you to the password recovery form.

Enter your registered email address

Type the email address you used when you registered your SATN account, then click Send code. SATN will send a verification code to that address.

Check your email for the verification code

Open your email inbox and look for a message from SATN. The email contains a numeric verification code. Keep this browser tab open while you check your email.

Enter the verification code

Return to SATN and type the code from the email into the verification field, then click Verify. You must do this before the code expires.

Set your new password

Once the code is accepted, you will be taken to a form where you can enter and confirm your new password. Choose a strong password you have not used before, then click Save.

Log in with your new credentials

You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your document number and the new password you just set to access your account.
The verification code expires shortly after it is sent. If you take too long to enter it, the code will be rejected and you will need to restart the recovery flow from the beginning.
If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there either, make sure you entered the correct email address and try again. Only one active code is valid at a time — requesting a new code invalidates the previous one.
