What you can update
From your profile settings you can update the personal information associated with your account, including the details used to identify you within the platform. Your login credentials use your document number, so make sure any changes you make remain consistent with how you registered.Upload your digital signature
Your digital signature is an image of your handwritten signature (or a professional stamp) that SATN places at the bottom of exported Word reports. This is particularly important when delivering nutritional tables to food manufacturers or submitting documents to regulatory bodies, where a professional signature adds credibility and accountability.Open your profile
Click your name or account icon in the top navigation bar, then select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Locate the digital signature section
Scroll down to the Digital Signature section on the profile page.
Upload your signature image
Click Choose file and select an image of your signature from your device. PNG files with a transparent background work best for a clean appearance in exported documents.
Your digital signature only appears in exported Word (.docx) reports. It does not appear within the SATN web interface itself.
